Returns Form

To return goods by post:

  1. Parcel up the goods you are returning in suitable and secure packaging. Please return the thank you slip with your order number and include it in your returns parcel. (This is important so we can process your return).
  2. Using a courier of your choice, send the goods to the following address: Coes Online Returns, 20-28 Norwich Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 2NH
  3. Please keep your shipment receipt and tracking number so it can be followed up with the carrier if it goes missing.
  4. You will receive an email from us to confirm the item has been received. Note that this could go to junk or spam.

To return goods in-store:
  1. Take your items to one of our stores with the thank you slip with your order number.
  2. A receipt will be issued as proof of return.
  3. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
  4. If a store credit is to be issued then this will be sent by email.

Returns Policy

You can return goods bought from us online and in-store in an unused condition with original packaging, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For refunds on in-store sale goods, you need to return these within three working days.
Online refunds will be credited within two weeks.
Products we will not accept as returns (unless faulty or not as described):

  • Products purchased over 30 days ago
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Products or packaging in poor condition
  • Gift Cards
  • Clothing that has been altered to your requirements
  • Products that contain your personal data or have been manufacturer-registered
  • Where a product has been personalised for you, or made to your specific measurements
  • Perishable goods containing food/ drink products, or which have an expiry date
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
  • Pierced earrings
  • Swimwear
  • Underwear
  • Tights (lingerie, not running tights)
  • Beauty products/ grooming and bodycare
